Explore the Magic of Sacred Dreaming!

DREAM INTERPRETATION is, by its nature, a subjective modality; the dreamer remains the fundamental authority regarding the dream. However, some tools and insights I provide help elucidate and unpack the symbols and metaphors of the dream world. I have trained in Jungian and neo-Jungian dream work with the late Robert Haden and through the Haden Institute which he founded in North Carolina. This program included a spiritual component in which dream work is utilized for our health and wholeness. There is a belief in a Divine Source that animates our lives and our dreams.

Dreams have a language and a landscape that is different from our conscious, waking world that can offer us additional information or insight into what we carry from living in the world. Dreams can talk with us about residual feelings, unresolved problems, relationships with ourselves and others, and possible directions for our lives. Some dreams are even prophetic. All dreams can be interpreted from a strictly personal arena—that is, dreams and their images are exclusively and only about the dreamers themselves. 

For the last fifteen years, I have offered working dream groups and worked with individuals to understand their dreams. This practice is not determinative, nor diagnostic, nor authoritative. It is strictly an exercise in exploring the night visions that inhabit our sleep.
